How do I set up the printer for ID badge printing?

Vizbook currently supports the following printer:

• Brother QL-810W (Wi-Fi)

Step 1:

Before connecting the printer to your iPad kiosk, please ensure that you download the following compatible software from the Brother website. This can be downloaded here: Download Printer Software.

Step 2:

To set up and connect the printer to the VizBook app, you will need to reserve the static IP address for your printer under your LAN settings within the local host (Wi-Fi router). Please contact your Network Administrator or IT department to do this. Once you have the IP address, go to Devices --- Printers --- New Printer.

For more information on how to reserve the static IP address for your printer, please refer to the help section on your Internet Service Provider’s website.

Step 3:

Set the printer name such as Main Reception Printer or Second Floor Printer etc. Insert the IP Address and click Save.
